Running the Houston–Galveston corridor since 2011, built around one idea: getting you to your ship affordably, without the stress.

Every shared seat is protected

Fifteen years on this corridor

We started running cruise passengers between Houston and Galveston in 2011. Since then the Port of Galveston has grown into the fourth-busiest cruise homeport in North America, Terminal 16 opened, Royal Caribbean moved its Oasis-class ships to Terminal 10, and the I-45 run has been rerouted more times than we can count for construction, flooding, and storm evacuations. Fifteen years of embarkation mornings is the reason we know how long the drive actually takes on a Sunday in March, and what to do when your flight lands late.

What we do

Houston to Galveston Shuttle Co. runs shared-van transfers between Houston's two airports, Bush Intercontinental and Hobby, and every cruise terminal at the Port of Galveston, along with the return trip from the four Galveston cruise terminals. One flat fare, one job: getting cruisers to their ship and back.

How we work

A flat $39 a seat

The fare is the same whether you book weeks ahead or the night before you sail. There is no surge pricing on busy cruise weekends and no per-bag fee. It is a shared van, not a private car and not a full-size coach making stops across the island.

Every shared seat is protected

A late or canceled flight, or a ship that returns to port late, should not cost you money. Every $39 seat includes Shuttle Protection: a full refund if you miss your pickup for those reasons, or if you cancel up to two hours before pickup. It is included on every seat rather than sold as an extra.

We know the route

We run the Houston to Galveston corridor every day, we know which terminal each ship uses, and we drop you at yours. If the port is new to you, our cruise guides answer the questions first-timers tend to have.

Where we serve

Houston, at IAH and Hobby, and the Port of Galveston and island hotels. See the schedule for departure times and pricing for what is included, or reserve your seats.

Every shared seat comes protected

If a delayed or canceled flight, or a late ship arrival, causes you to miss your pickup, the fare is refundable. You can also cancel up to 2 hours before your scheduled pickup for a full refund.

Refunds are returned less a small card processing fee. Full terms are shown at checkout.
